Areté Partners is a boutique insurance and human capital consulting firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado and is a privately held, independent, employee owned company.   Areté works with organizations of all sizes, and industries, both private and publicly traded.  Areté has tipped the industry upside down and assembled a new type of firm with some of of most talented and seasoned experts who believe in the simple concept of - exceptional client service.

Areté was founded by former executives from:
  • large international employee benefits consulting firms,
  • global insurance brokerage firms,
  • pharmacy benefit managers,
  • insurance companies,
  • corporate human resources executives, and
  • health care organizations. 

These executives found no other human capital consulting or corporate insurance firms that are truly committed to serving the clients’ needs first, so they created one.  Since Areté is not publicly traded, "shareholder" needs do not come before the needs of our clients.  We are not distracted by demands from Wall Street analysts, watching the ticker on our stock price or tasked with unrealistic annual growth expectations at the expense of our clients.

In addition, Areté donates "override" and "contingency" commissions paid by insurance companies back in to the communities in which we operate through non-profit organizations.  Therefore our clients can be assured they are getting the unbiased representation they expect.  We do not "steer" your business to insurance carriers or vendors that pay the highest compensation or bonus and truly believe these arrangements create a significant conflict of interest.
